Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Please choose your product(s) wisely and check your size using the size charts available on our site. All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled. No refunds or exchanges unless it is a defective product in which case we will replace the item(s). If there is no stock available at the time, then the customer will receive a refund or store credit. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Defective products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) via email: info@mystiquecostumes.com at which point you will be asked for further information about the defect and (if approved) given further instructions on how to proceed.

Rest assured, we check each and every product to make sure that the package contains everything it is suppose to include and that the products are not defective before we ship them out to our customers.

NOTE:

The defective products must be sent back to us unworn and in their original packaged condition with the tags in tact for a final physical inspection before any action may be taken from our side. Any shipping costs for the original shipment may or may not be reimbursed and customers may have to bear the cost of return shipping (depending on the circumstances and location).

In the case of free shipping, up to AED 35 may be withheld for customers in the UAE and up to AED 350 for international customers depending on the circumstances surrounding the refund/exchange.
